Paul Tungwarara Joins Global Wealth Forum’s Elite Leadership Team

The Global Wealth Forum has officially appointed Paul Tungwarara to its prestigious International Council, positioning him as Zimbabwe’s representative among the world’s top financial and business leaders. This appointment marks a major milestone in his career and underscores his growing influence in the global investment and wealth-building space.

As part of his new role, Tungwarara will contribute to the Forum’s strategic initiatives aimed at accelerating economic growth and fostering high-impact investments across Africa and beyond. His expertise in business strategy, investment facilitation, and large-scale development projects makes him a valuable addition to the Forum’s leadership.

In addition to his council appointment, Tungwarara has been shortlisted for the position of SADC Regional Chairman. If elected, he will be responsible for expanding the Forum’s influence in Southern Africa, creating wealth-building opportunities for entrepreneurs, and driving regional investment initiatives.

Dubai-based Zimbabwean entrepreneur, Tungwarara is the founder and chairman of Prevail International Group, a global conglomerate with operations in construction, mining, shipping, and borehole drilling. His track record of spearheading transformational projects includes leading the Presidential Borehole Scheme, the Presidential Internet Scheme, the Home Industries Project, and the Solar Scheme, all of which have significantly contributed to Zimbabwe’s infrastructure and economic growth.

Beyond infrastructure, Tungwarara is also the creator of Talk and Pay, Zimbabwe’s first homegrown social media and financial transaction platform, reinforcing his role as a technology and finance innovator.

As a Presidential Investment Advisor, he has been instrumental in attracting major investments to Zimbabwe, including a $500 million Cyber City project, developed in partnership with Dubai billionaire Shaji Ul Mulk. Additionally, he is leading the launch of the Presidential War Veterans Fund and Presidential Youth Fund, both aimed at fostering economic empowerment for key communities in Zimbabwe.

Recognized for his contributions to economic development, Tungwarara was awarded the Overall Top Investor in the Diaspora at the 2024 Africa Investment Leaders Forum and Awards.

The Global Wealth Forum is building the world’s largest database of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), currently featuring 21 billionaires and 131 millionaires, with a projected combined net worth of $500 billion USD by 2028. The Forum serves as a global platform for collaboration, mentorship, and investment, with the goal of driving wealth creation and financial literacy on a worldwide scale.
