The Cannes Film Festival 2025 will feature the world premiere of The Three Gates of Wisdom, a powerful short film by multidisciplinary artist Devy Man. Presented as part of the Congress AI Film Awards — a joint initiative of the Royale Gentlemen Congress Awards and the Cannes International AI Film Awards — the screening highlights a new wave of digital cinema where technology, philosophy, and creativity intersect.
Crafted entirely with a smartphone, The Three Gates of Wisdom retells a timeless parable through a modern lens. The narrative follows a young prince as he confronts three life lessons: the challenge of changing the world, the frustration of trying to change others, and the final realization that true change must begin within. Rooted in the teachings of psychologist Charles Brulhart, the film has already been honored at several international festivals for its compelling message and artistic innovation.
The premiere will unfold on May 22, 2025, with an immersive program designed to celebrate creativity in all its forms:
- 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Film screening and networking at Gray d’Albion Hotel
- 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Gala dinner, fashion runway, and live music — including an opera performance — at the Majestic Barrière Beach Riviera
- 10:00 PM – 3:00 AM: Open-air afterparty at the Beach Club, beneath the Riviera sky
