“I’ve never used invasive procedures or beauty injections,” she shares. “I stick to natural creams and visit cosmetologists occasionally—mainly for facial massage. I believe that how we look reflects the health of our internal organs, which are shaped by how we eat and live.”
Every few years, she travels to Ayurvedic clinics in Kerala, India, for full-body detox programs. These rejuvenating rituals help her maintain energy, radiance, and a gracefully youthful appearance.
From Physics to Photography
Natalya holds two university degrees—one in education and another in law. She began her career as a physics teacher and later held senior leadership roles in the customs service, eventually earning the rank of Third Class Customs Service Advisor.
At 43, she embraced a creative calling and began a new chapter as a photographer. After relocating and training under several mentors, she built a thriving career in the visual arts. Her solo exhibitions have appeared in Belarus, Germany, Italy, and Russia.

India plays a central role in Natalya’s journey. Her deep study of Ayurveda inspired her to develop a personal educational program, helping others access this ancient science of wellness.
