How Will It Work?
Every resident and citizen will receive a unique digital access code via UAE Pass or their registered Emirates ID-linked mobile number. Once activated, users will gain instant access to ChatGPT Plus features across all platforms — including web, iOS, and Android.
The rollout will be phased:
- Week 1: Government employees, students, and educators
- Week 2 onward: General public and business owners
Users can opt-in through a dedicated portal launching later this week.
