- Dubai’s hotel inventory has nearly doubled since pre‑pandemic levels, with 153,534 rooms under supply by end‑April, and key performance metrics trending upward.
- Notably, Dubai Marina led hotel occupancy in 2025, achieving 86%, followed by Palm Jumeirah and Oud Metha at 85%.

- The numbers were unveiled during the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism’s (DET) first City Briefing at Coca‑Cola Arena, attended by over 1,300 stakeholders from across hospitality, aviation, retail, and government.

- DET confirmed the return of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) from June 27 to August 31, featuring sales, raffles, family entertainment, and the all-new “Great Summer Sale”.
